During this foundational year, the Network brought together seven landscape-scale conservation projects working across Australia, Canada, Chile, Peru and globally, creating new spaces for project teams to share knowledge, build relationships and learn from one another. The report documents the first cross-project exchange, early working groups, newsletters, the development of an online member portal, and the rapid shift to virtual engagement during COVID-19. Above all, it reflects a key early insight: that “the knowledge is in the network,” and that meaningful connection is essential to learning, adaptation and long-term conservation impact.
